Anyone offer him any advice? I feel horrible but my good friend I workout with in the mornings always tosses his cookies when I workout with him. I kinda set the pace and the workouts so I feel bad. I asked him to eat something small before coming to the gym at 5AM. I think it is a bad case of acid reflex and low blood sugar. Anyone else ever seen that?
