Sorry my blog has been dead. My queue ran out over the weekend. Went to New Orleans for my Bachelor party! Getting married on 8/10 to my best friend and the love of my life. Yeah can’t wait!
Currently watching the Olympic trials I recorded earlier. Wow talk about inspiring. Gonna kill my workout tomorrow! My friend who is a personal trainer asked me if I was on steroids cause I am looking so fit and buff. She said every time she sees me I am in better shape and my frame is getting bigger too. Haha. I am all natural, but still that made my night. Have a great night everyone!!
Pretty happy with my gains so far! Down two pounds to 192. According to my bf scale still at 18%. I am getting bigger and stronger though.
I have been very consistent in the gym and diet! Down to a size 32 again! I rocked some 32 shorts today with pride! Go me hah. Here is the routine I am doing right now. It was in June’s Muscle and Fitness. The only reason I love that magazine is for the routines!

Heading out to the pool yesterday. Love the way my shoulders and pecs are starting to look. Still need to lower my bf some. Bf still hovering at 18%.
